Hi, I’m Rebecca Davidson—retired Coast Guard veteran, lifelong cook, and proud owner of Mid-Life Cravings, a mobile food truck based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Ever since I was a little girl, I knew my place was in the kitchen. I grew up side-by-side with my mother and grandmothers, learning that your hands are your most important tool and that food has the power to bring people together, heal hearts, and spark joy.

After serving 22 years in the U.S. Coast Guard—many of those years spent cooking for crews at sea and on shore—I decided it was time to start a new mission: bringing bold comfort food to the Green Bay community and throughout Brown County and Northeast Wisconsin. That’s how Mid-Life Cravings was born.
